RENNER Screw Compressors
With frequency control which ensures efficient operation.
Ranging from 4 to 75 kW
7.5 to 15 bar.
Extensive studies have shown that a large number of compressor stations work uneconomically.
An unnecessarily high current consumption is a great burden to the company's economy and eco-balance. The cause frequently lies in the high fluctuations in the compressed air requirement.
Baureihe RS-F
When compressed air is to be produced efficiently in such cases the frequency controlled RENNER screw compressor RSF fulfil the requirements.
They are based on the successful standard RS series. In the version with frequency control the compressor adjusts its performance to the actual compressed air requirement implementing the infinitely variable, electronic speed control. This ensures the most economical operation.
The variable frequency inverter with control is integrated in the all-inclusive system and installed ready for use.
The machines in this series are ready for immediate installation and start-up.
The RSF Energy Efficient Package offers the following advantages:
No compression higher than necessary
( 1 bar higher compression = approx.. 8% higher energy costs)
No idle running phases, i.e. no unnecessary power consumption.
“Soft” start eliminates peak start-up current.
No air relief when compressor is at max. pressure – no loss of energy.
Minimized load on mechanical parts.
Lower maintenance costs and longer service life.
