RSK screw compressor with refrigeration dryer

RENNER RSK compressors are equipped with integral refrigeration dryer, but deliver a constant volume without frequency control.
They are used as classic suppliers of compressed air, or to cover the basic load in conjunction with a frequency-controlled combination.

RENNER refrigeration dryer
The compressed air is delivered to the refrigeration air dryer for conditioning, and precooled in the air-to-air heat exchanger
by the outgoing cool treated air.
Precooling is effected in the counter-flow to the escaping, cool compressed air. No additional energy is required for this. The air is cooled still further to the pressure dew point in the refrigerant-to-air heat exchanger, which is cooled by a refrigerant circuit. Throughout the cooling process, moisture in form of condensate is precipitated out and automatically conveyed out of the system.
Before it exits, the conditioned compressed air is warmed up again in the air-to-air heat exchanger by the incoming hot compressed air. RENNER refrigeration dryers are environmentally compatible and work with the ozone-friendly refrigerant R l34 a. The energy economy circuit – used as standard – lowers costs whilst simultaneously ensuring readiness for operation. Refrigeration air dryer with

The electronic condensate trap also forms part of the standard equipment.
